One Account Per User: Each individual user is permitted to hold only one Account on bk365. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own details or using another person's information — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
To access the Services, you must complete the bk365 registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You must immediately update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another person's Account. bk365 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
bk365 strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA is optional, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. bk365 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to utilise available security features.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bk365 immediately by contacting our support team at the address in Section 16. We reserve the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected security breaches.
bk365 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with the requirements of our licence jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you consent to these verification procedures and agree to provide any documentation we reasonably request.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to bk365's satisfaction. We reserve the right to suspend deposits and betting activity pending completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
bk365 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these provisions, suspend or terminate accounts, void bets, withhold or forfeit funds and report conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Funds deposited into your bk365 Account are held for the purpose of placing wagers on the Services. bk365 references familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual familiarity references only. These provider names do not imply endorsement, affiliation or support for gambling by those providers. Actual available deposit methods are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of deposit initiation. bk365 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) confirmation that deposited funds have cleared any applicable holding period. Withdrawal processing timelines vary by method and tier and are displayed within the Account dashboard.
bk365 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used for deposit or, where no such method exists, to a verified account in your own name.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where selected by the user. bk365 is not a financial institution and does not provide currency exchange services. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment processor level is subject to that processor's own terms and exchange rate policies.

A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a bet confirmation reference number. bk365 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Any bet placed after the relevant event or market has closed will be void.
For Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC Test matches, T20 Internationals and domestic cricket markets: in the event of a match being abandoned, reduced to fewer overs by weather or other circumstances, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as published in the sport-specific rules section of the Platform. In-play markets during live PSL broadcasts are subject to live settlement rules and any in-play suspension of markets.
bk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical, human or data-feed error. An "obvious error" is determined at bk365's reasonable discretion and includes, without limitation, odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market rates at the time of bet placement. Where bets are voided under this provision, stakes will be returned in full.
Maximum single-bet and aggregate daily payout limits apply per sport, market and account tier. These limits are displayed in the Platform's betting rules and may be adjusted from time to time at bk365's discretion.

Each promotion is governed by specific terms stated at the point of offer, which prevail over any general statements in this section. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without our prior express written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.
bk365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bk365 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or that defects will be corrected. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may close your bk365 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance (net of any pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC and standard withdrawal processing procedures.
bk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances, without limitation:
Where an Account is terminated for cause, bk365 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money Balance will be returned where no fraud or breach has been identified, subject to completion of outstanding verification requirements.
bk365 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk365 holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
bk365 operates an internal complaints procedure. Users who wish to raise a complaint should first contact our support team at the address in Section 16. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 28 days of receipt of all relevant information. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may have recourse to independent dispute resolution services as specified in our licence jurisdiction's regulatory framework.
Note for Pakistani Users: Nothing in this clause, or in these Terms generally, should be construed as a representation that bk365's Services are lawful in Pakistan, or that Pakistani courts have jurisdiction over any aspect of these Terms.
